Who can see uploaded photos and videos?+
Only the event owner by default. The owner may invite signed-in collaborators or explicitly enable a separate private viewing link, optionally protected by a viewing code. Upload links do not provide gallery access.
Can other guests see what I upload?+
The guest upload page never shows anyone else's uploads. Guests can view a collection only if the owner enables sharing and gives them a separate viewing link and any required viewing code.
How long are files kept?+
You get 90 days of gallery access from event creation, and the expiration is fixed when you create the event — it does not start at payment and never moves when you edit the event date. A subsequent 14-day recovery window lets you contact Waivbar for recovery; it is not normal gallery access. Download your memories before gallery access ends. Permanent storage and unlimited access are not included.
How are files deleted?+
Organizers can delete any individual photo or video, or delete the whole event with all of its files. Guests can ask the organizer — or the Waivbar team — to remove something they shared.
